Autophagy

Autophagy Is a condition of the body where the human body takes proteins that the body does not need anymore and puts these broken proteins through a recycler called ( Lysosomes- above pictures-) and spits out brand-new amino acids for both fuel and raw material to build tissue this is done because the body is made from amino acid proteins. Why was this system created well it was created for one reason to cope with starvation. This system was created over eons not just in our bodies but other organisms as well to cope with starvation or not eating. During starvation as a survival mechanism our body will basically take these damaged proteins that we don't need anymore and just turns them into fuel. Then the body turns them into raw materials so we can not be deficient of certain building blocks, but the other really cool thing about this is that these damaged proteins are very damaging & toxic to our bodies. It's behind diabetes type 2, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's so it's very beneficial for your survival to get these out of the body. 

Stem Cell Mobilization 

There's so much science behind this next benefit, of course is Stem Cell Mobilization that occurs and to get the maximum benefit of that you can't just overnight fast. No,  you need to do a 3 to 7 day water fast, because for the bone marrow to say I'm going to come in and replace new cells with new  Stem Cells. You've got to have reached that point of replacement,  and you can't speed it up either . So the question is can I do a 3 day fast ?.  Of course you can do a three-day fast especially with my  Guidance, 12 years of Experience. 

The stem cells come out of the bone marrow it's called (Refeeding Reward) and they go into the organs and replenish cells that have died and change the machinery in those cells as well. There's a whole Rejuvenation process you are a younger better more resilient person than you were before and this has all been documented with data to prove it.

Fasting Contributes to the Improvement of Endothelial Function and Decline in Vascular Injury-Related Markers in Overweight and Obese Individuals via Activating Autophagy of Endothelial Progenitor Cells. Alzheimer’s disease is the most predominant type of dementia diagnosed in the aged people (Uddin et al., 2016). It is characterized by a chronic, irreversible, and progressive neuronal degradation in the human brain caused by complex pathophysiological processes, including oxidative stress, neuroinflammation, excitotoxicity, mitochondrial dysfunction, proteolytic stress, and more (Jellinger, 2010). Formation of intracellular NFTs and extracellular senile plaques in the brain are two common hallmarks of AD (Armstrong, 2009). NFTs consist of aggregated, abnormally hyperphosphorylated MAPT (Iqbal et al., 2010). Senile plaques are primarily composed of insoluble and toxic amyloid-β (Aβ) peptides and of dysfunctional dystrophic neurites, which include abnormally large amounts of neurofilament, tau, or chromogranin A proteins (Dickson et al., 1999; Armstrong, 2009).

Brain Derived Neurotropic Factor

Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) plays an important role in neuronal survival and growth, it serves as a neurotransmitter modulator, and participates in neuronal plasticity, which is essential for learning and memory. It is widely expressed in the CNS, gut, and other tissues. BDNF during a 2 - 3 day fast is produced by your body which then makes a hormone that goes to your brain and tells your brain to switch on and you make new brain cells. You actually make new brain cells,  no drug in the industry is going to make new brain cells. In the fasting stage you make new brain cells because nature wants to teach you that this is how you got into this situation learn from it and remember it . Understand that Fasting makes you better it makes your brain better.
